been taken to avoid any problems, technical and factual errors may occur. No guarantee is

information on this website from time to time. CrossFit Undisputed shall have no liability
arising from the use by any party of the information on this website. CrossFit Undisputed does
not warrant the information on this web site in any way and in particular no warranty is given
that the web site or its contents or hypertext links are virus free or uncontaminated. You are
recommended to make your own virus check. CrossFit Undisputed excludes all liability for
contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.
Every person is invited to do a free trial. As a member everybody needs to make a reservation
prior to the class. Every member of CrossFit Undisputed is required to behave adequate and
follow instructions of box owner and trainers. The membership is set on one year. Payment for
all classes are made by direct debit (1st or 15th of every month). Address changes as well as
changes of the account data with a direct debit procedure are to be communicated directly to
CrossFit Undisputed/the box owner. The obligation to pay contributions and due fees remains
in force even if the member does not use the services for reasons for which it is responsible.
Excluded are injuries certified by a medical certificate lasting more than one month, as well as
professional preventions confirmed by adequate proof from a duration of 2 months. In these
cases, the duration of the agreement is suspended until the prevention ceases. The contract
period is extended by the interrupted period.
The membership can be cancelled at the earliest at the end of the first contract period. It
needs a written notice 3 months before the end of the contract. The date the notice arrives at
CrossFit Undisputed counts. The duty to pay fees till the end of the contract is not affected.
Without any notice the contract extends by one year. The right to extraordinary dismissal is
not affected.
If the member is in default of payment for more than one month, CrossFit Undisputed is
allowed to deny its services (if necessary permanently) or to pass on the information of
pending payments to a debt collection company. The contribution must be paid until the end
of the contract period. The service provider reserves the right to charge default interest in the
amount permitted by law and processing fees in the event of late payment. If the member is in
arrears with at least two monthly contributions, the service provider can terminate the
membership extraordinarily for good cause. The right to reimbursement of paid contributions
for non-participation does not exist. The Member agrees that the membership fee may be
increased after the extension of the initial contract term and within a three-month notice
period to the next first / fifteenth of the month.
As the member incurs compensation claims against CrossFit Undisputed, the box is liable as
part of its liability insurance. In the case of intent or gross negligence, liability is excluded.
CrossFit Undisputed has at any time the right to prematurely terminate the signed agreement
of membership without cause. A liability of CrossFit Undisputed for possible damages, which a
person engages in the use of the sports venue is excluded. If it is impossible for CrossFit
Undisputed to render certain services for reasons of force majeure, the member is not entitled
to compensation or replacement hours. CrossFit Undisputed reserves the right to close the
plant for renovation works, etc., six weeks per calendar year. A reduction of the annual or
monthly contribution does not exist. The same applies to changes in the range of services or in
the personnel area.
Should individual provisions of this contract be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the
validity of the remaining provisions of the contract. An ineffective part of the contract shall be
replaced by one which comes closest to the economic or contract specific purpose of the
declaration. The same applies to contract gaps.
Privacy and Security Policy
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only the box owner, trainers and other
authorized employees (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have
access to this information. CrossFit Undisputed commits to data security and will never share
your personal information with any other person, company or organization.
CrossFit Undisputed owns the rights on pictures taken in and outside the box. Pictures can be
taken during the trainings sessions and at any event. Pictures can be used online (website,
facebook,…) and for advertisement/announcement.
