Olympic Weightlifting: Snatch and Clean & Jerk A class focused on drills and technical lifting to help improve your lifting skills. Working with percentages of your lifts to get better technique and strength. Learn to train and lift like an Olympian mainly focusing on Snatch and the Clean & Jerk combined with other basic lifts. It will give you a better understanding for those lifts and that way support to reduce injury. Compared to the normal CrossFit WOD class there is no workout. The whole hour is spend lifting and practicing – drilling and drilling to improve you and your abilities.
