Every Thursday afternoon we offer CrossFit Kids classes for three age categories: Bambini age 3-5, Kids age 5-10 & Teens age 10-15. Classes start from 14:30 and end 16:30. In our classes they will learn basic functional movements which they will use in their everyday life’s, all whilst having fun. The kids and teens will start to learn and practice weightlifting techniques with PVC pipes and light weights.

Each of our classes has a focus, which we apply through our games we choose to play, the fun we create and the bit of serious work we have them do. We aim for our classes to not only teach the kids physical movements, but to also teach them values like team spirit, discipline, sharing all whilst working on their concentration, coordination and agility.
